1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand using trusted delivery services.
Standard Shipping
Flat Rate: $5 AUD
Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping
Flat Rate: $8 AUD
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us through houssan@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Houssan is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
